Life as it is right now…well, I’m been busy this year with studying to get my CPA license, which ideally I should be spending 30-35 hours per week studying on top of my full time job. I haven’t had as much time devoted to cooking healthy. When you’re constantly busy, you often reach for the nearest food around you…which is sometimes not the healthiest choice.
Yesterday, I chopped some veggies and fruits for the next few days. Packing my lunch was easy and PLANNING is the key to eating healthy consistently. Easier said than done…yes I agree, but the effort is worth it.
