I am in the bay area getting ready for my friend’s wedding. We had rehearsal dinner tonight and the whole day has gone by so fast.
I flew out of the Long Beach airport around noon. (I just looked at this picture and realized I matched my luggage, not intentional)
I packed lunched at home to eat at the airport while I waited to board.
Egg salad (boiled eggs, mustard and hummus) and lettuce on Ezekiel bread.
Also, on the side I had Dr Kracker Pumpkin Cheddar. The folks at Dr Kracker sent me some samples to try. Their products are organic and packs a LOT of crunch. Uber Crunch. I love the crunch and the flavor. Every bite was crispy with toasted cheddar flavor.
It’s packed with lots of pumpkin seeds.
Cracker topped with egg salad mix.
Our flight was on time. I realized I was more tired than I thought because after take off I fell asleep right away.
For energy, I drank Amazing Meal Pomegranate Mango Infusion. This was the first time I tried this flavor, I usually use the Chocolate flavor for my smoothies.
I could only taste a tiny hint of the mango flavor but then I didn’t have enough water to use up the whole packet, but it still tasted good.
It was a fun flight. A lot of my friends were on the same flight so it was fun catching up.
After we landed in the bay area, we were greeted with a lot of traffic. I packed chopped strawberries and apples and ate in the car on our way to the our hotel.
Here’s a picture of our room and the view outside our window. Pretty nice, and with a really good discount, then it is extra nice.
We didn’t have time to relax or unpack. We dropped our luggage off and headed to the church for rehearsals.
After church, we went to rehearsal dinner and then to Fenton’s Ice Cream place before we called it a day. I’ll post pictures soon, you won’t want to miss the Ice Cream marathon we had. It was good.
The whole day so far just feels so rushed. I’m off to bed with an early wake-up call for hair and make-up.
What a beautiful church! After visiting San Fran, I so desperately want to live there!
Hi Lin,
Yes it is and the inside was beautiful too. My friend lives in the area so it is her local parish.
Welcome to the Bay area! I live here and absolutely love it so I’m excited to see your pics!!
