Peanut Butter cookies for breakfast makes Monday morning much better.
My sweet friend Erica from Itzy’s Kitchen sent me these treats that I won from her giveaway. I’m so glad I won her cookies because I have wanted to taste cookies baked with peanut butter flour. The cookies tasted great. It is chewy, dense and delicious. For the recipe, check out Erica’s blog here.
Along with the cookies, she also sent me a few of her favorite snack bars and a lovely note. Thank you so much Erica.
My breakfast bowl:
- 1/3 C oatbran (Trader Joe’s toasted oatbran)
- 1/2 C water & 1/2 C almond milk
- 2 Tablespoon Sunwarrior vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1 crumbled Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookie
Enjoyed my Coconut Oolong tea with my oatmeal.
On wedding planning note, our wedding colors have been decided. If you know me personally, you will not be surprised with the choices because I love bright colors.
I think Orange and Pink hues looks great against the backdrop of the ocean blues and the white sand.
This is what I had on my inspiration board when it was time to decide on colors.

First off, I absolutely adore your wedding colors! I am a bright-color lover myself, and I would pick these exact colors!
Second, I was just in Puerto Vallarta a few months ago and my boyfriend and I talked about having a destination wedding there as well! You will have to tell me ALL about it! What resort did you choose?
Hi Stefanie, I’ll need to catch up on your blog and see your pictures from PV, hopefully you blogged about it.
I researched a ton of hotels in PV and we ended up deciding on Dreams Resort. It’s affordable for what it has to offer and also all inclusive hotel that allowed children in the resort.
I’m going to update the blog soon and will have a wedding page 🙂
i love erica’s blog! how lucky that you got some of that new larabar flavor – haven’t been able to find those anywhere in LA!
