It has been a ruby filled day.
I baked with pomegranates, ate cranberries for breakfast and I am currently wearing a ruby dress, blogging from our ruby themed hotel room.
I received the granola from my granola exchange this week. I love it. I love the tartness of the dried cranberries. We have relatives visiting, so they have been snacking on this delicious treat. They have requested for me to make more 🙂 I’ll have to get a hold of the recipe first.
My baking adventures.

Me and the fiance are spending the weekend in San Diego. We are here for a Thanksgiving party, this is the first of many parties we are going to this week.
This party will officially start our holiday season of feasting.
Tonight, I come bearing Pomegranate, Pistachio and Banana Bread to the party (recipe coming up). A mix of complex flavors that surprisingly complements each other and I like it very very much.
We just checked in to our hotel and I’m blogging from the kitchen/office set-up. It’s a beautiful room and coincidentally, the room is filled with ruby theme.
We are getting hungry after our rainy drive from Orange County to San Diego, it took us about 1.5 hours on rainy, slick freeways.
We are off to the party. See ya soon!! Hopefully the rain clears up so we can have a beautiful day to explore tomorrow.
