I love Fridays, I’m always in a good mood.
The hot Christmas weather is now gone and has been replaced with cold and rainy mornings.
Today’s early drive to the gym required a thick hoodie and gloves. Yes, the temperature is around mid-40s (and some of you might say it’s ONLY 40s) but that is extra cold for someone who wears cardigans all year long, and always have an extra jacket in my trunk and is a baby when it comes to cold 🙂
I feel like the days are getting shorter and shorter, or it could be I’m getting busier and busier. But I love it though.
I’m knee deep in my Christmas baking and each treat that is baked in my kitchen is pure labor of love.
Love this picture.
From my kitchen with love.
1,2,3,4 batches of Toasted Coconut Chocolate Chunk cookies
Maple Snickerdoodle cookies
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies
Healthier Version – Vegan Snickerdoodles
Snack Bars (I’ve finally perfected this recipe. It’s moist and chewy….and ships well)
I’ve done a lot of fun stuff the last few days. So many things to do, so many food to eat, so many places to see….but unfortunately, not enough time to blog about it. But assure you, there are plenty of pictures so it will be just be a matter of time before they are posted.
Have a fun and safe weekend 🙂
Um I am so with you. I am ALWAYS cold. The snack bars look so pretty- great wrap job
I used to think the 40s was freezing until I went to school in Upstate NY. I love all your cookies-you really have been busy.
Stay warm! I am loving all the cookie posts!
They all look soooo yummy!!!!!!! And I think the 40’s are cold, too!!
Wow, you made all these? You have certainly been a busy elf in your kitchen! What lucky friends you have to be receiving these cookies
The PB chocolate chip ones look amazing!
.. and if you think you’re cold now, come pay me a visit! It’s freezing here in Canada!
I am so not down with this COLD weather haha. Those cookies look amazing…wow, you’re quite the cookie queen, I can’t wait to start baking myself 🙂
Those cookies look so yummy.
I’ll be baking a shortbread cooking that I tried last year and they were a hit.
Those containers are a cute idea. I was given one as a storage for food while at a party. duh they are already decorated with the colors so why not use them to give your goodies in.
glad to hear you are having fun and can’t wait to see all that you have done during the Holiday Season.
^ Cookie I mean.

Too bad the hot Christmas weather did not move here 😀 I could have swapped weather with you in a heartbeat!
Mmm . . . those cookies look delicious!
That’s how I always feel about stuff sometimes – so much to write about but not enough time! Oh well, I guess we have to live 🙂
I can’t wait to try the first recipe! YUM.
