Last weekend, I spent a fun afternoon hanging out with my L.A. blogger friends.
We had a picnic at the Hollywood Bowl. I’ve only been to the Hollywood Bowl a few times and these were my best seats so far. We couldn’t get any closer to the stage, unless we were performing. We parked right in front.
There were plenty of food. I had a taste of everything and work my way around the buffet table boxes. We took over 4 boxes for the food and one for us to sit around.

I had a great time hanging out with Lynn, Eden, Katherine, Amanda and Kaitlin. No one gets you and your blogger traits more than other bloggers themselves.

I like that we have created a community of bloggers locally and that we all support each other and even though we don’t see each other that often, we can always catch up face-t0-face during these fun meet-ups.
I’m hoping we can plan another fun meet-up soon. Our picnic was too short and time went by quickly.
We also had a show and tell portion. First up was Lynn.
I’m just kidding. We didn’t do a show & tell. I just wanted to take a picture of Lynn against the L.A. smog backdrop 🙂
Kaitlin was working on getting me a special song that we will be playing at our wedding. She has people, who have people, and they have people and somehow she was able to get me a song I have been searching for the last few months.
While we were munching away, a tour group or employee orientation (couldn’t tell and they weren’t wearing fanny packs) joined us.
It was a beautiful but a very hot day under the sun. So hot that a block of cheese melted.
With melted cheese and wilted vegetables, it was time to find shade and go home.

What a fabulous place to picninc. In my 2 years in LA I never went to the Hollywood Bowl and I’m bummed.
Wow, that IS a good seat! I’ve been there a few times… in the back area. I should get in on the next one… yay.
