Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake on a stick!!!

I went to a party and saw these cute strawberry shortcake on the dessert table. I loved it right away. It’s great for potlucks and summer BBQ parties.

I used a box mix to make pound cake in a loaf pan. Once cooled, I sliced them up into cubes and start assembling them like below. I laid them out on a cookie sheet.

I melted dark chocolate chips in the microwave.

Then start drizzling the melted chocolate using a fork.

Transfer to a serving plate once the chocolate have cooled after a few minutes.

You can substitute banana for the cake. I made a few all fruit version and they tasted great with dark chocolate too.
