I told myself that this year I will take more pictures and to use my big DSLR camera more often. Since it’s digital, I can take as much as I want and can delete them if I want to. So I clicked away and on Sunday night, I found 200+ new pictures on my camera, half of them I’m going to keep.
I’m quiet proud of myself because I was able to capture the mundane, but this is what I would love to look back on years from now.
I have been mindful and intentional of how I want to spend my weekends. So far, I think I’m doing a good job. But it’s only two weeks in, so we shall see. I’m looking forward to what the rest of the year brings.
This weekend:
– I bought flowers to pretty up the house
– we’ve got a fast crawler and climber
-I used the bread machine and baked challah bread (1st time!)
-we played hide and seek
– I made french toast for my sister, who babysat for us while we went on date night
– we had family time
He is SO cute! And my gosh does that bread look good! yumyumyum!
That bread looks delicious 🙂
That challah bread looks amazing! I hardly ever bake bread because I hate playing with sticky dough, but it’s so rewarding so I need to do it more often!
Family time is so so important!
holla!! for homemade challah!
