re-watching all of SUITS episodes (5 seasons) again. My favorite tv show to watch on the treadmill. I try to do 45mins session on the treadmill, 3 times a week. I try to stay on the fat burning zone, which is a fast walk (3.8-4.0 mph at an incline)
going thru another transition at work. My boss left for another job in Florida.
road tripping to San Diego 2 weekends ago with my brothers. I got to show them around the city, and my old hangouts. I lived in San Diego for 4 years right after graduating college.
raining a lot in SoCal, which is great because we need it
spending time indoors on weekend, exploring kids museum and indoor playground
baking a (gluten free) cake on what would have been my mom’s 59th birthday. I invited my siblings for dinner at my house. It has been 2 months since she passed away and at times, it still feels like it’s not real and somehow she is just on an extended trip out of the country.

finding and baking gluten free and dairy free recipes. I baked this bread recently and we loved it. I also made it to bring over while visiting a friend who just had a baby. I highly recommend.
drinking this coconut cream pie tea all week, so delicious. My sister brought me a big bag from her trip to Chicago
feeling tired since the time change this weekend so I’m taking it easy on my workouts. Hoping to feeling back to normal soon.
