listening to Shonda Rhimes audio book Year of Yes. She reads the audio book and I love it when authors do that. She’s inspiring and I feel like I’m listening to a girlfriend giving me advice about life and being a working mom

hiking by the beach. I see a lot of hiking in the future and I’m planning to get the yearly pass admission for the SoCal State Parks

loving the arrival of watermelon season. We bought one about a month ago and it wasn’t sweet at all. The one we bought this week is perfectly ripe and sweet. Yippee!

enjoying this season of birthday celebrations. There are 4 birthday parties this month, including my own Spring is a lovely time to have birthday parties at the park. It’s not too hot and everyone wants to be outside.

shopping and looking to buy for bright color accent pillows. We have a lot of neutrals around the house and I want to add some pop of colors. So far, I’ve only looked on Etsy and I would like to buy pillow covers only so I can rotate them each season without worrying about storing bulky items.

getting bored (to be honest here) of my  wardrobe capsule. It’s time for an update and curate another set, with Spring colors. I’ve been using the same one I created in January (darker hues) and it’s due for a change. I am continuing the wardrobe capsule idea because I love it, I just need to be good at changing the items every 3-4 months.
