Peaches N’ Cream

I love oatbran for breakfast. It’s so versatile and you can create different flavor combinations. Today’s combo was Peaches N’ Cream. 

  • 1/3 C Oatbran
  • 1 C water
  • 1/3 C Almond Milk
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 C fresh peaches
  • 1 T unsweetened coconut flakes

Oatbran served in this really fun bowl or large mug.  I love it. I like fun and quirky bowls. Isn’t it cute?

I love starting my day with a hot beverage. My current tea lately is Yerba Mate Dark Roast.

It’s a good alternative for coffee flavor. It has caffeine but not as strong as coffee. I’m trying not to drink coffee unless I really need it, too much caffeine is not really good for you and I don’t want to be dependent on it. I prefer to have natural energy instead of drinking caffeine.

I have a full day of school today. Learning more about Economics…not really my cup of tea, but I don’t really mind because I’m excited for tonight. We have some fun plans at the Hollywood Bowl watching a live orchestra show about Planet Earth.


  1. Thanks for stopping by my blog. Hope your CPA studies are going well. I’m not quite working on mine yet. I don’t have enough credit hours to take the test. Plus I’m doing tax, not audit. I dont need it quite yet.

    I’ve never had straight up oat bran, just when it comes mixed in with instant oats. I hear it gets crazy volume though. I’m such a volume eater so I’ll prob like oat bran. I need to give it a try.
