stocking up the freezer with healthy treats for me and for H’s school snack. We also like to bring healthy (decadent treats) for when we visit my brothers on weekend afternoons.
watching our first 4D movie as a family. It was H’s first time watching movie at a theatre, he lasted about 20 minutes. Apparently, the lit aisle was more interesting than the penguins
wanting to bake again. I’ve baked 2 loafs of bread in the last few weeks. I made Paleo bread and a Dark Chocolate & orange bread. Both are delicious.
booking hotel rooms for summer vacation and weekend staycation. I’m lucky that I get really great travel discount thru my work and I’m reminding myself often to take advantage of it.
finishing my scrapbook for the holiday season, I use Project Life supplies. I’m making it a goal to scrapbook the previous month, by the end of the following month.
thinking of re-doing H’s room. He has outgrown his nursery (gray and yellow theme), or maybe I have outgrown it? He is using a multi-colored, bright trucks pattern for his big boy bed, so it’s all mis-match right now. I’m leaning towards neutrals like grey, with orange and blues are accent colors.
eating the fresh lobster ceviche that my hubby made this week. Sooooo good! I eat it with sweet potato chips
visiting grandpa and grandma O’s house and bonding with Pebbles, their cute little dog. Uncle M was visiting from Georgia this week.
wearing this necklace from Natalie Borton. I love it and have worn it almost daily, great with work clothes and casual clothes
meal planning like a champ. When I say champ, I meant that I’ve done it 4 weeks straight, that’s the longest streak I have 🙂
ow! Lobster ceviche sounds fabulous!
you’re making me want to bake too! love the necklace. 🙂
